These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Kalistei website. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out below.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after we send you a written order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or limited availability of a specific stone.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Each Kalistei piece is handmade or commissioned to order. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production of 01 Collection commissioned pieces from the date of order confirmation. Standard jewelry typically ships within 3 to 5 business days. Production timelines may vary depending on stone selection and current order volume.

Natural Stones

Stones used in our pieces are natural materials. Each stone is unique, and slight differences in color, inclusions, transparency, or finish are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Final pieces may vary slightly from the photographs on our site.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is fully insured and requires signature on delivery. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your destination country.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each piece is custom-made or commissioned to your specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kalistei.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Warranty

Kalistei pieces are crafted in 18K gold using traditional techniques. We stand behind the integrity of our materials and craftsmanship. We will repair manufacturing defects free of charge for one year from the date of delivery. Damage from normal wear, accidents, or improper care is not covered.

Care

To preserve the beauty and integrity of your piece, avoid exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, chlorine, and prolonged contact with water. Store pieces individually in a soft cloth pouch. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Force Majeure

Kalistei is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, shipping disruptions, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalistei is established. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
