You select your design, choose your stone from our available catalogue (where applicable), specify your gold preference, and confirm your size. Once your selections are confirmed, your piece is assembled and finished by hand to your specifications.

Allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for commissioned 01 Collection pieces from the time your order is confirmed. Standard jewelry ships within 3 to 5 business days. Timing can vary based on stone selection and current commission volume — we will confirm a timeline at the time of order.

Yes. For pieces such as the Transformation ring, Evolution bracelet, and Frequency pendant, you can choose your exact stone directly from the corresponding catalogue (Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz). Browse the Stone Catalogue to see currently available stones — once a stone is reserved, it is removed from inventory.

All Kalistei pieces are crafted in 18K gold, available in yellow, white, and rose tones. We work exclusively with hand-selected natural crystals and precious stones, chosen for their geological character, structural integrity, and clarity.

Yes. Every crystal in our collection is a unique geological record — formed over millennia under conditions of heat, pressure, and time. Natural inclusions, color variations, and structural idiosyncrasies are signatures of authenticity. No two stones, and therefore no two pieces, are identical.

Store your piece in the provided Kalistei case when not worn. Avoid direct impact on exposed crystal edges, and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. Remove before exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or prolonged moisture. Professional cleaning is recommended once a year.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us for specific delivery timelines outside the United States.

Every Kalistei piece is custom-made to your specifications — your stone, your gold, your size — and therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because every piece is custom-made to the size you specify at commission, resizing is offered at cost on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with your order details and the desired adjustment and we will confirm timing and any applicable fees.
